While I was waiting to get my car service, a lady came in with a dog and pulled up a chair for her and one for her dog. Upon leaving she did not clean the chair. I will always clean the chair before I sit down in this establishment. #NASTY
I ordered a car battery but UPS lost the shipment. I worked with Kate to rectify the issue. New battery arrived two days later and Kate worked with UPS to get a refund for the lost battery. This could have been a big hassle but Kate did all the work and provided amazingly quick, super friendly, no hassle customer service. A big plus has been being able to drive in for 5,000 mile service check-ups without having an appointment and being able to wait in a first class customer lounge until the service was completed. My contact person, Jeni Little assigned me a salesperson that listened to me, provided me with good info on different models and was patient til I made my decision. They complete the service correctly the FIRST TIME but they OVERCHARGE. A job where the part is maybe $50.00 they will charge you $200.00 to fix it. I rarely get a service done where the cost is not $500.00. The unfortunate thing, however, is that it is very hard to find businesses that can actually repair TOyota vehicles without having to do it over and over and over again. What a pleasant change in the air at Reinhardt toyota! I have vistied in the past and had to wait a long time and just didn't feel the service in their customer service. I brought in my new 4Runner recently and OMG what a difference now. The employees are all so friendly and knowledegable. It was actually fun just to be there. Free wifi so I could surf while I waited - not long - what a pleasant surprise. Can't wait for my next visit, they really made me feel like family there. 🙂
